Cd-85L Dehumidifier has rugged construction, elegant view and very durable machine. Let understand construction of CD-85L Industrial dehumidifier:

• Body : Body of CD-85L is made up of high quality non-corrosive, durable plastic which make unit very light, easy to move and elegant in view.
• Control Panel: Unit consist of control panel with LCD display with touchpad. We will discuss Control Panel in detail in our next segment.
• Air Filter at Air Inlet panel: Air cleaning provided at Square shape air inlet which is at front side of CD-85L Industrial Dehumidifier Unit. Filter can be easily remove by pulling it from left side of Air inlet.

• Wheels: Strong ￠290 MM pneumatic tyre wheel provided with CD-85L Dehumidifier.
• Handle: Unit provided with stylish removable handle which helps to move dehumidifier unit very easily.
• Air Outlet: Dehumidified air get through from back side of dehumidifier unit. Air outlet provided with round shape air outlet hood of 170mm diameter. We can connect plastic pipe to this hood to dry certain area faster.
• Water pipe supporter: CD-85L Industrial dehumidifier provided with 3 meter drainage pipe. Stylish Water pipe supporter is provided at back side of unit which can use to coil drainage pipe around it when dehumidifier unit not in use.
• Power Cord: Dehumidifier unit provided 2.2 meter power cord.

Control Panel of CD-85L Dehumidifier.

CD-85L Provided with LCD touchpad with following controls:

• ON/OFF key: To turn On or Off Dehumidifier unit.
• Purge Key: Purge key is use to pump out water from pump reservoir. During normal working condition pump purges water automatically from reservoir. We can use "PURGE" key before moving machine to avoid water spillage.
• UP and DOWN key: We can use UP & DOWN key to set required humidity level between 26% & 90%. When Environmental humidity is less than 26% then LCD display will show "CO"

• Time Key:  Display working hours and totally working time After turning on operation, it can display setting humidity(left) and current humidity(right), and humidity could be changed by pressing “Up and Down”. for the current time, and the time unit is based on minutes, for example, if it displays “0000:50”, it means that it has worked for 50 minutes this time. If you want to view the totally working time, please press “T” once more, and it will shows for 10s and returns automatically to the original working hours. If you press “T” before it has lasted for 10s, it also can turn to the original working hours. The totally working time cannot be deleted, if the time is beyond the range of LED showing time, it will be deleted and recount from the start.
• Defrost Indicator:  The unit begins to defrost when the defrost indicator lights; the unit stops defrosting when the defrost indicator is off. When defrosting finishes, the unit begins to dehumidify automatically again.
• LCD Display: During normal operation LCD display should set humidity on left and current environmental humidity on right side of LCD panel. If we press "T" key one time then it will show last working hours. If we press "T" key again then LCD display total working hours.

Operation of CD-85L Industrial Dehumidifier.

Position Dehumidifier preferably at centre of room to be dehumidified. To Maximize water removal capacity of dehumidifier, close all doors, windows or area that opens to external area. Keep clearances on all side of dehumidifier as shown in diagram below. Do not obstruct air flow of dehumidifier.

To start unit press ON/OFF key. Unit will start working and water pump will turn on automatically for 40 seconds to drain then rest water, and turnoff automatically. LCD display current humidity and set humidity.
